The Memphis Resiliency Tech Hub occupies a 44-acre campus at 3030 Jackson Avenue. The site plan below shows the existing building footprint and the acreage available for the training center, apprenticeship workshops, and manufacturing hall.
Building 1 anchors the property at 553,000 SF, with the A&R Building (228,000 SF), Building 7 (145,500 SF), and the Highbay Warehouse (58,500 SF) rounding out the major structures.
