The path: every step pays

Hands-on instruction in the trades America needs most: electrical work, turbine and generator technology, advanced manufacturing, robotics, and controls. Curriculum is built to the same industry standard the energy sector trains its own workforce to, the standard set by programs like GE Vernova's technical training platform, which delivers hundreds of courses in gas turbines, generators, and plant operations at facilities around the world. Our students train to a global standard, in their own zip code.

From day one of the apprenticeship, students earn a paycheck. No unpaid internships. No student debt. Apprentices work on real equipment beside experienced technicians while completing their certifications.

The heart of the campus is a working shop where apprentices and technicians restore turbine and energy equipment to service, the machines that keep hospitals, schools, and businesses running. New units are backordered for years across the industry. The hands that can restore existing ones are among the most valuable in American energy, and Memphis will produce them.

Graduates step into careers on the campus itself, in the manufacturing hall, with utilities, and with energy and technology employers across the region. The jobs are not a promise at the end of a brochure. They are downstairs.
